Size - approx 8.5inches wide 9inches tall and will fit most average adult heads (will fit up to 22 inch heads, everyone's heads are different, please measure with a soft measuring tape around your head to check it will fit comfortably for you). It can have a slight slouch depending on head size. Fits smaller heads with some slouch best fit between 21inch-22inch head sizes. 

Care instructions - Hand wash warm only, no friction, lay flat to dry.
